Chicken & Wine: An informal lecture series that places priority on enthusiasm over expertise. Lecturers are invited to present a short 10-15 minute lecture on ANY subject of their choosing. The only criteria is that the lecturer must have a keen interest in the subject - be it a recent fascination, or a life-long obsession - but is not considered an "expert" per se. Best event in Regina...with delicious Ethiopian buffet to boot.
